Audio Video
Sync & Editing
Here’s what we do…
Audio and Video Synchronising
We can synchronise any audio that you require. If you have separate audio and video files and you need them merging together so the audio lines up exactly with the video. Also known as AV sync and lip sync.
It’s a service you can utilise for live shows, where the projected video needs to be synchronised to the backing audio. We are equipped to handle both the audio and video side of things in most formats. The final product can be produced to the required broadcasting regulation, as specified by the customer.
Audio and Video Editing
We can provide you with a service to edit any audio or video files. You may have some drum or vocal audio that needs timing correctly, comping together or you may have some instruments or vocals that need tuning correctly. There may be files with noise issues that you need removing. We use the latest software to deal with such instances.
You may have several video clips that need compiling in to one or part of a video removing for privacy or copyright issues. We can handle pretty much whatever you throw at us.

Further Information
Audio Video Editing Details
- Vocal editing is for the entire project. The project length will be no more than 5 minutes (or thereabouts). A longer project will need another Vocal editing bolt on purchasing per extra 5 minutes.
- All the vocals will be scrutinised for tuning and timing errors. A varying degree of correction will be applied according to the genre of music. For example, pop music is tightly tuned and edited, where more organic genre’s will need a little breathing space leaving for that human feel. You can also specify what it is you require.
- All tuning will be done in a transparent way, on a note by note basis. It will not be a blanket auto-tune.
- All timing will be done manually. It will not be a blanket quantisation.
- Clip gain will also be applied, which will turn up parts that are too quiet and down, parts that are too loud. This is a pre mix procedure, that allows for a better result from the actual mix.
- Instrument editing is for an individual instrument. The project length will be no more than 5 minutes (or thereabouts). A longer project will need another Vocal editing bolt on purchasing per extra 5 minutes.
