Frequently Asked Questions

Q – How much will it cost me?
A – We are open with all our guide prices.  Just click on any service and it will give you an indication of how much things will cost you. However, always get a definite price from us first, as there are often many options and unforeseen requirements.  Thank you.

Q – Do you accept card payments?
A – Not at the moment, but it is something that we will be doing in the future.

Q – What payment methods do you accept?
A – Cash, bank transfer or paypal.

Q – I’ve tried to ring several times today but there’s no answer.
A – Our apologies, but if we are in a recording session then we can’t answer the phone. We will get back to you ASAP if you leave a message or email me. info@moyrproductions.com (contact page).

Q – When do I have to Pay?
A – Full payment must be received before we hand over the final master.  In most cases, a 50% deposit is required upfront.  In some case a 100% deposit is required and in other cases, a certain service of the overall project will need paying upfront.  More details can be found at the bottom of each specific service page.

Q ­– What if I want to cancel?
A – Surely you don’t want to do that? 🙂  But if you do, please try and give us as much notice as possible.  At least 48 hours would be great so that we can try and fill the slot with someone else.  If you have a cold or flu, please stay away and re-book instead. We will cancel any face to face sessions if you arrive with an illness. Especially in this age of Covid19, we have to be extra cautious. Thanks.

Q – What if I want to move my booking date?
A – That’s no problem, but again, please try and give us as much notice as possible.  At least 48 hours would be great so that we can try and fill the slot with someone else.  Thanks.

Q – Can I make changes to the finished product?
A – If after listening to the finished product for a few days, you find there are something’s that you’d like changing (a bit more volume on the guitar for example). That’s not a problem. Just let us know and I’ll make the modification for you. Full details of how many alterations are allowed, can be found at the bottom of each service page.
