Production
Production is putting together the musical arrangements and instrumentation for a track. It’s deciding upon all the musical and rhythmical choices required, including key, tempo, types of instruments and sounds used, to accomplish what the artist requires from their track. It also covers decisions made during the mixing and editing process and all aspects of what is required to take the track from a simple idea, to its final completion.

Recording
Otherwise known as tracking. This is the part of the process where all the instruments and vocals are recorded at the studio. Using a combination of hardware and software equipment. This can be anything from an individual vocal or instrument, to a complete band setup. We have a live room and a control room. The live room has variable degres of sound treatment.

Mixing and Mastering
Mixing is the art of sonically manipulating each recorded sound with a variety of studio equipment to get them to sit together properly within the track. Mastering is a further process from mixing which takes the final mixed track and balances it so it can be played on all possible speaker systems at the best possible level in order to compete with other tracks in that genre.

Song Writing
Maybe you have a a finished or part finished piece of music? Maybe you’re a great vocalist who’s been singing cover songs, but now needs a unique track in a certain genre? Maybe you have a great chorus for a track but need some extra input in the verses? Maybe you have some great lyrics, but can’t seem to land on a suitable melody (or vice verse). This service is for you. Nearly all commercially successful tracks have input from multiple writers.

Live Show Recording
This covers anything the client wants to do away from a studio and that is within our scope. That would be recording audio or video of their live performance. It would also cover live sound engineering or P.A.Hire. We currently offer 16 channels of 24bit 96khz audio recording and any number of 4k camera recording set ups (in partnership with our sister company Moyr Business Productions).

Re-Mixing
If you look you will highly likely find a number of different versions of your favourite songs. These are called remixes and are there intentionally. When a record company release a song, they will hire producers to create variations of it in different styles. If you have a great song done in a pop style (for example), it will not land properly with people who don’t listen to pop. Therefore, several versions will be released to cover many different genre’s and maximize the audience.

This covers spoken word or music for use in things like TV or radio shows, commercials, audio books, presentations, audio documents, Jingles etc. We can produce bespoke music for adverts and jingles in any mood to any braodcast standard. We can also provide voice over artists with male or female voices in various languages.

Audio & Video Sync/Edit
This covers the process of synchronising audio and video together for TV, Radio, Youtube, home videos etc. (Lip sinc’ing). It’s a service you can utilise for live shows, where the projected video needs to be synchronised to the backing audio. It also covers any kind of audio or video editing, tuning, timing, comping, clouring, noise reduction etc.

Music Videos
In affiliation with our sister company Moyr Business Productions, we can write, produce, film and edit music videos to your requirement. Moyr Productions are a member of South Yorkshire Film Network. The video can be either a live multi-cam setup, a staged performance video or a narrated acting video. We can provide all the necessary personal including actors and dancers.
